Plugins - Eye Candy 3.1 and Graphics Plus can be found  here

Put in your materials palette your foreground color and background color to white

1/Open a transparent image of 750 x 480 pixels

2/ Selections - select all

3/ Activate and copy - Flag USA - and paste in the selection

Selection - select none

Adjust - sharpness - sharpen and do this twice

4/ Layers - new raster layer

5/ Selections - selection load/safe - load selection from disk - find - amerika_Mp - with these settings

7/ Activate and copy  - the white house - paste as a new layer on your image  and move to the left in the selection

Selections - invert

Press the delete key on your keyboard

8/ Activate and copy  - golden gate bridge - paste as a new layer on your image

Image - resize - 70% - do not check resize all layers

move now to the right in the selection

Press the delete key on your keyboard

9/ Activate and copy - Statue of Liberty - paste as a new layer on your image - move a bit to the bottom

Press the delete key on your keyboard

Keep selection

9/ Activate raster 2 in your layers palette (layer with selection)

Selections - modify - select selections borders - with these settings

Activate the top layer in your layers palette

Layer - new raster layer  and fill the selection with color white

Selections - select none

 10/ Close the eye of the bottom layer in your layers palette

Activate the top layer in your layers palette

Layers - merge - merge visible

 Image - resize - 115% - do not check resize all layers

Adjust - sharpness - sharpen and do this twice

Effects - 3D effects - drop shadow - vertical and horizontal 5, opacity 50, blur 8 and color to black

Move a bit to the right

11/ Activate the bottom layer in your layers palette and reopen the eye

Edit - Copy

Your image is now in memory

The bottom layer is still active

Image  - frame - and find - edge painted 03 - with these settings

Effects - texture effects - texture - and find - Arcering fijn ondiep (included in materials) - with these settings

Effects - edge effects - enhance

Effects - plug in - Graphics Plus - Cross Shadow - using default settings

12/ Selections - select all

Selections - modify  - contract - 15 pixels

Selections - invert

13/Activate the top layer in your layers palette

Layers - new raster layer

Paste into selections

Selections - select none

14/ Activate your tool - warp brush -with these settings

warp the entire edge - look at my example

15/ Effects- plug ins - eye candy 3.1 - Glass - using these settings

16/ Effects - 3D effects - drop shadow - vertical and horizontal 3, opacity 50, blur 8 and color tot black

17/ Layers - merge - merge all

18/ Activate and copy - Title America - choose one of the three - paste as a new layer on your image -

move left almost at the bottom

Effects- 3D effects - drop shadow - vertical and horizontal 5, opacity 50, blur 8 and color to black

19/ Activate your textool and find a nice font - Choose the size that you want and create as vector

Type - The White House

Layers - convert to raster layer

Effects - 3D effects - drop shadow - vertical and horizontal 1, opacity 100, blur 0 and color to black

Effects - 3D effects - drop shadow - vertical and horizontal 3, opacity 50, blur 8 and color to black

Repeat step 19 but now with the words -  Golden Gate Bridge  and Statue of Liberty

20/ Add your watermark

21/ Layers merge - merge all

File - export - jpeg optimization
