patterns in your PSP pattern folder
2 fonts: Black Chancery

Open the tube and fonts in
PSP and minimize them
Materials can be downloaded
here
Let's start
1/ Open a transparent image
of 640 x 480 pixels
2/ Put your foreground to
lace pattern - angle 0 - scale 100
Floodfill your image with
the pattern
3/ Adjust
- hue and saturation - colorize - with these settings

4/ Copy the tube flower and
paste as a new layer
5/ Image - free rotate - 90
degrees right - and one
layer around
center canvas rotate selected
and place it on the left

6/ Duplicate this layer in
your layers palette and keep the replica layer of the flower active
7/ Image - mirror
8/ Put your foreground color
to #c4acc3 and background color to #966989
9/Layers - new raster layer
10/Selection - custom
selection - left 10, top 10, right 100 and bottom
470 pixels
 
11/ Floodfill with foreground
color #c4acc3
12/ Selections - select none
13/
Effects - texture effects - blinds - with
these settings - color #966989

14 / Effects- 3D effects -
dropshadow - vertical and horizontal 1, opacity 60, blur 14 and color black

15/ Put the opacity of this
layer to 60 - duplicate this layer and keep it active
16/ Image - mirror
17/ Copy - misted lady0142 -
paste as a new layer - move it a little bit more to the left, so
it is nice in the center
18/ Copy - tube ribbon - paste
as a new layer and move to the left in the
rectangle on top
19/ Remove at the bottom with
your selection tool the execess piece of the ribbon - be sure that the ribbon layer
is active - select the execess piece of the ribbon and press the delete key

20/ Effects - 3D effects -
drop shadow - with the same settings as before
Duplicate this ribbon
layer and keep the copy ribbon layer active
21/ Image - mirror
22/ Layers - merge - merg all
23/ Activate the font Heart for 3D FX
- withe these settings

Take
the letter L on your keyboard - + - font size 30
Foreground color
#c4acc3and back ground color #966989
Now we put some hearts
in the image
Move your first heart on
the ribbon look at my example
Vector layer convert
to raster layer
24/ Effects - 3D effects -
drop shadow - vertical and horizontal 1, opacity 70, blur 7 and color black
25/ Duplicate this heart 4
times in your layers palette and move them
under each other
on the ribbon - look at my example
Close the eye of the
back ground layer

26/ Layers - merge - merge
visible- your back ground layer may open again
27/
Activate your merged layer and duplicate this
28/ Image - mirror
29/The background color and foreground color
remained the same
Choose
a font - I choose Black Channery - with these settings - write the text -
Dreaming away
and move it on the bottom of your image

with your magic wand and fill with the goldbeads pattern
36/ Image - add borders - 15
pixels - symmetrical checked - color #c4acc3
37/ Image - add borders -

If you like...
