1/Put the foreground color to #e3dfed and background color to #1c2e47 and make a gradient with these settings

2/ Open a transparent image of 500 x 500 pixels and flood fill with the gradient

Duplicate this layer in your layer palette

Image - flip

Image - mirror

3/ Activate the bottom layer in your layer palette

Effects - texture effect - blinds - with these settings

Now you see nothing of the blinds but you will see them later

4/ Activate the top layer in your layer palette

Effects - plug in filters - Alien Skin Xenofex - Puzzle - with these settings

Click two times on Knockout 10% Remaining

Effects - 3D effects - drop shadow - vertical and horizontal 5, opacity 50, blur 10 and color to black 

5/ Selections - select all

 Selections - modify - contract - 100 pixels

6/ Layer - new raster layer and flood fill with the gradient

Effects - texture effects - fine leather - with these settings

7/ Selections - modify - select selection borders - with these settings

Put your background to gold pattern: angle 0 - scale: 100 - and flood fill the selection borders with the gold pattern

Effects- 3D effects - inner bevel - with these settings

Selections - select none

Effects - 3d effects - drop shadow -vertical and horizontal 2, opacity 50, blur 10 and color to black

 Repeat this drop shadow but now with vertical and horizontal -2

8/ Duplicate this layer 2 times in your layer palette

9/ Activate the third layer in your layer palette

Image - free rotate - 15 degrees left 

Effects - texture effects - mosaic antique - with these settings

10/ Activate the second layer in your layer palette 

Image - free rotate - 15 degrees right

11/ Activate the top layer

Copy - Tubed_by_monique42_3568 - paste as a new layer

Image - resize - 58% - Do not check all resize layers - place it in the square entirely  left

 Effects - 3d effects - drop shadow - vertical and horizontal 18 opacity 50, blur 10 and color to black

Duplicate this layer in your layer palette

Image - mirror - place entirely right

Activate the layer below and put the blend mode in your layer palette to soft light

12/ Activate the top layer

The tube of the legs is still in memory - paste as a new layer - it is already at the right place

Effects - 3D effects - drop shadow - with the same settings as before 

13/ Image - add borders - 3pixels - any color - symmetrical checked

Select this border with your magic wand and flood fill with the gold pattern

Effects - 3D effects - inner bevel - with the same settings as before

Selections - select none

14/ Image - add borders - 40 pixels background color #1c2e47 - symmetrical checked

Select this border with your magic wand

Effects - texture effects - weave - with these settings

Effects - plug in filters - Graphics Plus - Cross Shadow - using default settings

Effects - 3D effects - inner bevel - with these settings

Selecties – niets selecteren

Selections - select none

15/ Image - add borders - 3pixels - any color - symmetrical checked

Select this border with your magic wand and flood fill with the gold pattern

Effects - 3D effects - inner bevel - repeat step 7

Selections - select none

16/ Copy text - Boots_MP - paste as a new layer and move it a bit more to the bottom

 Effects - 3d effects - drop shadow -vertical  15 , horizontal 0 opacity 60, blur 12 and color to black

17/ Layer - new raster layer and add your watermark

18/ Layers - merge - merge all

File - export jpeg optimizer

If you like... you can reduce your image to 500 pixels longest side.
