Let's start

1/ Put your foreground color to #477183 and background color to black and make a gradient with these setting

Open a transparent image of 640 x 480 pixels

Selections - select all

Copy -  JHannna_119 bground  - paste in selection

Selections - select none

2/ Activate your selection tool selection type: rectangle - mode: add

Draw a rectangle 640 pixels wide and 100 pixels long - see example below

3/ Layers - new raster layer and flood fill with the gradient

Selections - select none

Adjust - blur - Gaussian blur - range 20

Effects - texture effects - blinds - with these settings

 4/ Duplicate this layer in your layer palette

Image - mirror

5/ Copy - 1219072637_fantaisie - paste as a new layer and slide a little more to the left and up

Put the blend mode of this layer to soft light and opacity to 75

Effects - plug in filters - FM Tile Tools – Blend Emboss - using default settings

6/ Copy - 1220639753_feerie - paste as a new layer and move to the right

Put the blend mode of this layer to screen and the opacity to 40 

 Layers - merge - merge all

 Effects - plug in filters - AAA frame - Foto frames - with these settings

 7/ Copy - fairy-spirit2_lizztish[1].p_ paste as a new layer

Image - resize - 80% - DO not check resize all layers - move it to the left and a bit over the edge

Adjust - sharpness - sharpen

8/ Copy - doodle papillon - past as a new layer

Image - mirror - place right at the top

Effects - 3D effects - drop shadow - vertical 0 and horizontal 15, opacity 55, blur 5 and color black

9/ Copy - epw-028 - paste as a new layer 

Image - mirror

Image - invert - put it right below near the corner

Effects - 3D effects - drop shadow - vertical and horizontal 3, opacity 70, blur 8 and color black

10/ Copy - welcome to my world-titel-MP - paste as a new layer and slide a bit  right and down

 Effects - 3D effects - drop shadow - vertical and horizontal 1, opacity 100, blur 3 and color black

11/ Add your watermark

12/ Layers - merge - merge all

Layers - promote background layer

13/ Activate your free hand selection tool Selection type: from point to point - mode: add

Select the wings of the fairy - see example below

14/ Duplicate this layer 2 times in your layer palette so you have a total of 3 layers

15/ Top layer is active

Adjust - add/remove noise - add noise - uniform checked - noise 10 - monochrome checked

Effects- plug in filters - Graphics Plus – Cross Shadow - with these settings

16/ Activate the second layer in your layer palette

Adjust - add/remove noise - add noise - noise 15

 Effects- plug in filters - Graphics Plus – Cross Shadow - put intensity to 100

17/ Activate the third layer in your layer palette (bottom layer)

Adjust - add/remove noise - add noise - noise 12

 Effects- plug in filters - Graphics Plus – Cross Shadow - put intensity to 29 

18/ Selections - select none

19/ Bottom layer is active

Edit - copy

20/ Open Animation shop

Edit - paste as a new animation

21/ Back to PSP

Activate the second layer in you layer palette 

Edit -copy

22/  Back to Animation shop

Edit - paste after active frame

23/ Back to PSP

Activate the first layer in your layer palette

Edit - copy

24/ Back to Animation shop

 Edit - paste after active frame

25/ Animation - frame properties - time display 10

 If you like... you can reduce your image to 500 pixels longest side.

File - safe as gif
